A good wetherspoons food tends to be good for a spoons. Good sized portions and great value for money as it seems to be cheaper here than other spoons. Seating area outside always nice too

A gem of a pub with really friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a large selection of ales including some from local breweries. Food was hot and tasty.

Visit most days sometimes for Breakfast and later 6.00 pm meal. Very friendly and efficient service and lovely atmosphere. Well done all the kitchen team and all staff. See you in 2025.

Worst Wetherspoons breakfast I have had. Firstly it took almost half an hour to arrive. The bacon was chrispy to the extent that it was rock hard. The egg was solid, the rest of it varied between cold and just warm. In normal circumstances I would have sent it back, but at brealfast time I could not afford to wait for half an hour to have it replaced. Usually Wetherspoons are good, not this one.
